After eating theplas for a few days , it is difficult to go back to regular chappathis and hence came up with this easy achaari paratha from leftover garlic and grape pickle. Needless to say, it was full of flavour and proved my theory that if ingredients are right then recipe cannot go wrong.
Whole meal flour-3 cups
Leftover pickle/achaar-1/2 cup
1. Combine all the ingredients and knead it into a dough with little water if required. No salt is required.
2. Roll a small portion into a chapathi and cook it on both sides smearing a tsp of oil.
Serve it hot with subji and yoghurt.
