Chicken 65

This is an easy appetiser to make and goes very well with drinks. Ashok made this yesterday and it was well recieved by grown-ups and kids alike.
Chicken-1 kg , boneless
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
salt and pepper
cornflour-1-2 tbsp
Ginger and garlic- chopped 1 tbsp each
Green chilli-4,chopped
cumin seeds-1tsp
spices-1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder
chilli garlic sauce- according to taste
1. Make a paste of egg, cornflour , ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in it and deep fry. Keep it aside.
2. In little oil, add cumin seeds when it splutters add curry leaves, the chopped green chillis, ginger and garlic. when it turns light brown, add the spices, saute for a few seconds .
3. Mix in chilli garlic sauce and salt  according to your taste. Lastly add the chicken pieces and stir till its coated well in the sauce.
Serve it hot with wedges of lemon and onion.
