Burrito



 
I am spending the easter holidays in US with Neena who makes wonderful desserts and mexican food. Since I am a vegetarian ,she substitutes vegetarian mince (soya granules) instead of beef and makes it healthy for all. She made burritos for us in a jiffy and it had to go on this site.
Ingredients:
Onion-1 sliced
Refried beans-1 can
Quorn veg mince(soy granules)-7 oz
salsa-1 jar
Taco seasoning-1 packet (or pepper +cumin powder)
tortilla
For serving- cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream
oil-little
Method:
1. In little oil , add the  onions and saute till light brown.
2. Add the refried beans and vegetarian mince (or ground beef, if you prefer) and cook for 7-8 min.
3. Add the salsa which has all the ingredients to make it full of flavour. Mix well.
4.Add taco seasoning. Mix and the filling  is done.
5. To serve, on a tortilla add 2 tbsp of filling ,sprinkle cheese, and microwave for  30sec. Top it with chopped lettuce and tomato and sour cream , close it like a wrap
It does not require any salt.
Tip: This filling can be used for Tacos too.
