ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
green chilli-3,chopped fine
Spices-1tbsp coriander powder,1 tsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala
Tadka/seasoning-oil,mustard seeds,a pinch of asafoetida, a pinch of methi powder, 1 tsp cracked pepper,curry leaves
1. In a wok take some oil, add the onions and fry till light brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Stir for a few min till raw smell goes.
2. Add the spices and stir for 30 sec till its nicely roasted.
3. Now add the beef and cook on high for 10 min till its well coated with spices.Add salt. Then simmer for 45 min stirring intermittently.
4. Once its done, take some oil in a separate vessel add the tadka/seasoning ingredients and when it splutters ad it to the cooked beef.
Garnish it with onion rings and curry leaves and seve
