Neena is an expert in making Mexican and desserts and everytime we visit her we look forward to her recipes. Now that I have the recipe I may be attempting them for future dinners.
Refried beans-1 can
vegetarian mince(soy granules)-7 oz ( or minced beef)
Taco seasoning-1 packet
For serving- cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream
1. In little oil , add the onions and saute till light brown.
2. Add the refried beans and soya granules (or ground beef, if you prefer) and cook for 7-8 min.
3. Add the salsa which has all the ingredients to make it full of flavour. Mix well.
4.Add taco seasoning. Mix and the filling is done
5. Microwave a couple of tacos for 30 sec then fill it with the filling, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomato and Serve.
