Instant mango pickle


Summer is here and so are the mangoes. I found raw mangoes at the shop , which reminded me of this easy instant mango pickle which goes very well with curd rice or rice& daal.
Ingredients:
Raw Mango-1 or 2
salt
chilli powder
Tadka- coconut oil, 1tspmustard seeds , a pinch of hing
Method:
1. Chop the mangoes into small cubes, with skin.
2. Sprinkle salt and chilli powder according to taste.
3. Pour tadka ingredients while still hot. Mix and serve,
