Garlic and chilli pickle

I had some extra garlic and green chilli left in the fridge and I ran out of the garlic pickle, which  was a huge hit with Dhebra ,I decided to make garlic and chilli pickle again concentrating more on the measurements this time. The foundation of all my pickles are the same as grape pickle.
Garlic-1 cup, split in half
Green chilli-1 cup, chopped
oil-half cup
mustard seeds-1 tsp
Hing, methi powder-1 tsp each
chilli powder- 2 tbsp
vinegar-1 tbsp
lemon juice-2 tbsp
jaggery-2 tbsp
salt-acc to taste
1. In oil,add mustard seeds, when they splutter add hing ,methi powder and chilli powder.
2. Now add the garlic and chilli and salt. Cook on low for 8-10 min.
3. Add vinegar,lemon juice and jaggery. Mix. Taste the garlic and adjust the taste to your liking.
4. Cool and bottle them in clean jar.
