Tindora and potato

I usually buy cut and frozen tindora which saves a lot of time .Reminds me of hostel mess food, probably I was the only one who liked the mess food and was putting on weight coz of that.
 Turmeric-half tsp
Chllli powder-1tsp
Coriander-cumin powder-2tsp each
Tadka- mustard seed,cumin seeds,oil,hing
 1.add tadka ingredients then add sliced potatoes in long strips.
 2.add the spices, fry for a min and add tindora
3. Add salt,simmer for 20 min,stirring occasionally
4. Can add lilttle jaggery if you like it hot and sweet. Serve with roti.
