Nan/pizza base (no yeast)


This is a multipurpose dough,which can be used for making bhatura,nan or pizza base.....without the smell of yeast.
Ingredients:
Flour
self raising flour-1 cup
Yoghurt
Salt
Oil
Warm water
1tsp sugar
Method: 1.mix it all into a dough and keep it in a warm place covered with a moist kitchen towel for a a couple of hours. It indeed makes a good pizza base too. My kids could vouch for that.
