Instant gateau

I havent published any desserts so far although thats my favourite part of any meal. This is a no cook-easy recipeand I have fwd this recipe to my friends many many times. Noone can believe its this easy ....coz it looks very fancy.

1 packet - marie biscuits or any glucose biscuits
2 tsp - coffee powder
2 tbsp - cocoa powder
300 gms - fresh cream
5 tbsp - powdered sugar
1/4 cup - crushed roasted nuts
1 - small choclate
1 - cup water
some - cherries 

  1. Beat the cream with 3 tbsp of sugar and coco powder till it is light and fluffy.
  2. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In a pan on low flame, add water, 2 tbsp sugar and coffee powder.
  4. Increase flame when everything dissolves well. Close gas.
  5. Cool the mixture. Dip biscuits into the above mixture and place it in a greased glass dish.
  6. Now pour the above beated cream and spread some roasted nuts.
  7. Now again put biscuits over it and pour the cream and then again the nuts, then just the cream layer.
  8. Level it with a knife.
  9. Then garnish with choclate flakes of generous amt and some cherries.
  10. Set it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
  11. Serve chilled.
