Hummus
Every time I make chole,I make hummus from the chana and chole ends up in Samosa Chaat. Hummus goes very well with carrot batons,cucumbers and toasted pitta slices.....for the so called diet conscious friends.
Ingredients :
Chickpeas,boiled- 1 cup
Garlic-2 cloves
Olive oil-1tbsp
Tahini-1tbsp (if u don't have ,add yoghurt instead!)
lemon juice-1lemon
Coriander leaves-few sprig
Salt
Method: Grind it all in a mixie ,adding water if required to get a creamy consistency. It cannot get easier than this!
Tip: You could add roasted peppers for a differen
