Methi muthia


Methi na muthia can be had as a snack or can be added to undhiyu
Ingredients:
Gram flour/Besan-1 cup
Semolina/Rava- 1/4 cup
Soda bicarb-1/4 tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Sesame seeds-1 tbsp
Oil-1tbsp
Methi( fresh or frozen)-half cup
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp, chopped
Green chilli paste- according to taste
Lemon juice-half big lemon

Method:
1. Take all the ingredients upto and including the  oil and mix well to incorporate it all well.
2. Next add the methi, coriander leaves and green chilli paste. Mix and knead it in the lemon juice. If needed add a tsp of water to make a dough.
3. Take small tsp size portions and shape it into an ovoid with all the dough.
4. Lastly deep fry in hot oil till its brown evenly all around. Drain .
Have it as a snack or add it to the undhiyu.
