Oats Utappam

I just came back from a 3 week rejuvenating holiday in India and during my stay my mom-in law made this for our breakfast. Its easy, healthy and absolutely yummy.
Rava/semolina-half cup
Toppings-grated carrot &coconut, finely chopped tomato,onion,green chillis,coriander leaves/curryleaves
1. First mix all the ingredients for toppings and keep it aside.
2. Now mix oats and rava , add water to get a thick dosa-like batter. Add salt.
3.In a non stick tava,pour a ladle full batter and spread it into a thick circular shape. Add the toppings and cook it on medium heat covered.
4. When one side is done, flip it carefullyas it might break if not well done and after 30sec , it is ready to be served with chutney , sambar, pickle or curry.
