This is a very popular dish made by my eldest co-sister. It is a Kerala preparation and can be served with rice or roti.
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
spices-2 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and turmeric
1.In oil add the onions and saute till brown.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few min till raw smell goes.
3. Add the spices and salt. Mix on low heat for a few min.
4. Add the prawns and simmer till it is dry and nicely coated with the spices.
