I cleared my snack cupboard and found loads of biscuits and cookies in opened packets lying abandoned. Ami came up with this recipe and I transformed those biscuits into an easy and quick brownie. I made a few minor changes to the original recipe to suit my sweet tooth.
Leftover biscuits- 2 cups powdered
Sugar-half cup, powdered
hot chocolate powder-2 tbsp
1. Mix in all dry ingredients upto coffee.
2. Add in milk, blend it well with a hand mixer, about 30 sec. If you think you need more sugar then you can add it now.
3. Grease 2 oven proof dish
4. Now add eno to the above mix and give a quick stir and pour into the oven proof dish
5. Microwave it for 10 min. Cut it and serve it with coffee or cream!
