Leftover chappathi snack


This used to be my packed lunch for most days during my school days.I guess the reason may be it tastes good warm or cold and doesn't spoil easily.if you have leftover chappathis which are too stiff to be eaten the next day then this is the perfect solution.
Ingredients:
Leftover chappathi- broken into small pieces or pulse in mixie
spices- turmeric apinch, chilli powder- half tsp
Tadka-oil, mustard seeds, 1 tsp. ajwain-1 tsp
salt
Method:
1. Add tadka ingredients, then the spices and then the chappathi.
2. Fry for 3-4 min till its crispy, adjust salt.
