Creme Fraiche dip with pesto
I came up with this really easy dip for crudites in an attempt to get rid of tubs of creme fraiche. You could use sour cream or greek yoghurt too instead of creme fraiche.It tastes really awesome.
Creme fraiche-1 can, 200ml
Sun dried tomato pesto-2 tbsp
Basil pesto-1 tbsp
Salt and Pepper
1.Mix it all together and serve along with crudites or crackers or toasted pitta.
It cannot get easier and tastier than this.
