Corn Rice

I often make this for my packed lunch. It requires very few ingredients and is ready in a jiffy. You would never find this kind of recipe in a restaurant coz its typically home made.
Basmati rice-Cooked
sweetcorn- canned/frozen-1 cup
greenchilli-3 slit
coconut dessicated- 2 tbsp
lime juice-1 tbsp
Tadka-oil, mustard seeds-1 tsp, curry leaves -few
1.In liitle oil add the tadka ingredients. when it splutters add the chilli and corn. saute for 2-3 min
2. Now add the rice and salt , mix well
3. Add the dessicated coconut and lemon juice , mix and turn of the heat.
4,. I eat on its own .
