This is a very healthy, nutitious and a traditional punjabi dish which not only adds colour to your cheeks but also to the serving table since it looks very diffrent from other curries.Surprisingly due to paneer even kids like to eat it.
ginger paste-1 tsp
garlic paste-2 tsp
Tomato-2 or 3,chopped
Spices- 2 tsp coriander powder,1tsp chilli powder
1.Either pressure cook or microwave the spinach with green chillis and puree it.
2.In little oil, add the cinnamon stick, then the onions, sautee for 5 min till it starts browning.
3.Add the ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes,about 2 min.
4.Now add the spices,saute for a min ,add the tomatoes and cook well till the whole mixture turns pulpy and starts leaving oil.
5. Add the pureed spinach and bring it boil then simmer, add the paneer.
6. Let it all cook for 5 min. Turn off the stove and serve it with chapathi or phulka.
